Meet Rachel, our Clinic Manager. She has been in the industry since 2018, and her passion for delivering high-quality treatments has only grown stronger over the years. She brings both skill and care to every service, focusing on client needs.

She began her training, specialising in Lash Extensions. There she developed the knowledge and foundation for precision work in this craft giving exceptional results every time. Her interest in beauty continued to evolve as she expanded her skills to brow services, mastering techniques in brow mapping and shaping ensuring each treatment is tailored to suit the individual.

Today Rachel offers a wide range of services including lash lifts, brow laminations, waxing and spray tanning. She is dedicated to achieving consistently high results while making you feel truly comfortable and cared for. In addition to her own development she is committed to supporting others in the industry and her team. Rachel’s professionalism, experience and genuine care for clients makes her a trusted and integral part of Beauty Lounge St Kilda. Come and see her to get pampered and leave feeling beautiful.

With over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry, I have journeyed from humble beginnings as a nail technician sole trader in the 90s, navigating through the challenges of the recession while stationed in the bustling CBD. Through dedication and a relentless pursuit of excellence, I’ve carved a path to success, establishing thriving beauty salons in prestigious areas like Toorak and South Yarra.

My expertise spans across all facets of beauty, but I hold a particular passion for the intricate art of lash extensions, precision brow work including lamination and sculpting, and the transformative effects of lash lifts. These specialties have become my signature offerings, allowing me to leave a lasting impression on each client who walks through my doors.

Beyond the technical skills, my true joy lies in the relationships forged with my clients. I believe in enhancing not just their outer beauty but also nurturing meaningful connections, building rapport, and fostering long-term friendships along the way. In my view, the beauty industry isn’t just about aesthetics; it’s about the privilege of learning and socialising with remarkable individuals, an aspect that continues to inspire me after decades in the field. Meet Sarah our superstar addition to our team. Since having a huge passion for the industry from her teens, Sarah gained her qualifications as an Advanced Beauty Therapist from internationally recognised beauty college, Elly Lukas in 2009. It was here that Sarah gained the confidence and industry leading skills that she still uses today — her beliefs are you can never stop learning and growing as a therapist.

With 12+ years experience in the beauty industry, Sarah’s skills range from Make-up artistry to more clinical treatments such as corrective Chemical Peels and Dermal Needling. Sarah believes that beauty is more than skin deep and client satisfaction brings her the most joy.

Qualified Beauty Therapist & Skin Specialist

I am a beauty therapist who has worked in the industry for 20 years, working mainly in Hawthorn. I love all aspects of the industry but have a special interest in all things skin! I completed my post grad diploma in advanced skin analysis in 2010 and have since done advanced peeling, micro needling, and microdermabrasion.

I love meeting new people and helping them feel confident with the skin they’re in, along with sharing my knowledge in a comfortable and safe environment. You can book in with Sarah on Fridays and Saturdays.
